Ocean 11 is an exceptional seafood restaurant with a breathtaking sea view, located at the Tallinn Port Cruise Terminal – the sea on one side and the port on the other. Our floor-to-ceiling windows offer a spacious sea view, filling the restaurant with natural light. Our building has received an architecture award, winning the Development Project 2021 category for the Tallinn Port Old City Harbour Cruise Terminal and Roof Promenade.

Ocean 11 is a finalist in the Silverspoon 2024 Fine Dining category. We have also been recognized with quality awards from White Guide 2023 and Falstaff 2024 and are proud members of the Estonian Hotel and Restaurant Association.

Most of our delicacies come from the sea and ocean, but we also feature forest and farm produce as well as meat dishes. Head Chef Marianne Laht creates her dishes using carefully selected fresh and high-quality ingredients, always prioritizing local and organic products.

We are committed to sustainable practices and adhere to Green Key criteria. Our services are environmentally friendly – we sort waste, use water, electricity, and other resources efficiently, serve tap water, and prefer local and organic ingredients.

Ocean 11 is an ideal venue for both business meetings and private events (private parties, client events). Our spacious, high-ceilinged restaurant can accommodate up to 160 guests with à la carte service. The restaurant is divided into two halls, allowing for private parties with live music, exclusive business meetings, or standing receptions for up to 200 guests. In summer, two terraces are available, offering seating for an additional 280 guests.
