Brunch, Cocktails, and Plant Babies!
Spring is here, summer is approaching, and now is the perfect time to take care of your plants. This time, Let’s Get Boozed and Make Babyz is something truly special – we’ve joined forces with Ocean 11 restaurant to bring you into the heart of plant culture and brunch vibes, all with a stunning sea view.
What to Expect?
This isn’t just a regular plant workshop – it’s a fun-filled afternoon that combines a late breakfast with the magic of greenery. Choose your favorite dish from the brunch menu, enjoy a sparkling wine or cocktail, and let the flavors and atmosphere immerse you in the world of plant care.
How Does It Work?
Brunch first. Order your meal directly from the brunch menu, and while waiting for your food and sipping on a cocktail or coffee, you’ll get to listen to Kärt from Paradisum in Terra as she shares practical tips on houseplant care.
A break to enjoy your meal. A delicious brunch deserves full attention – so we’ll take a moment to savor it.
Make your plant babies. After lunch, once you’re satisfied with great food, we’ll dive into plant propagation. Each participant will get their own plant babies to take home, getting ready for spring and making their home greener for summer.
Package Price: 55 euros per guest
The price includes:
- All necessary materials for creating and taking home your plant babies
- A brunch combo: one dish from the brunch menu, a cocktail or sparkling wine, and refillable coffee or tea
Brunch Menu:
- Burrata – cherry tomato, handmade pesto, tomato dust
- Eggs Benedict with ham – spinach, poached egg, hollandaise sauce
- Eggs Benedict with black truffle – spinach, truffle cream, portobello, poached egg, hollandaise sauce
- Skagen – poached egg, trout roe, chives, dill
- Scrambled eggs – spinach, parmesan, herb mix, crispy bread
- Pancakes – jam, fresh berries
